The ceremony of Vidyarambham derives its name from the Sanskrit terms Vidya meaning “knowledge”, and aarambh, meaning “beginning”.
Vidya aarambh Sanskar was celebrated on the occasion of Basant Panchami this year the day was celebrated on 14 February 2024 the little beginners along with their parents to part in worshiping goddess Saraswati for the new beginning toward learning how and was also performed followed by writing omens was take with the help of peacock feather pen samarpan was also given by the parents teacher and as well as the member of the school management committee this amount was sent Vidya Bharti for spreading the light of education in those area which are still deprived of the right of education along with the moral values.
विद्यालय में 14 फरिरी को मातृ वितृ िूजन दििस काययक्रम का आयोजन ककया गया। इस अिसर िर मुख्य अततथि के रूि में अध्यक्ष जजला विकास कनयल महान ससिंह जी रहे, इनके साि ही भारतीय सिक्षा ससमतत के करनकाररनी सिस्य श्री चरण िास गुप्ता जी, विद्यालय प्रबिंधक ससमतत के अध्यक्ष श्री चन्द्र भूषण जी, कोष अध्यक्ष श्री सी डी िास्री जी, सथचि श्री अिंग्रेज ससिंह जी, अन्द्य सिस्यों में श्री राजेन्द्र खजुररया जी तिा श्री खजार चििं जी उिजस्ित रहे। इसी के साि प्रधानाचायय श्रीमती सविता िमाय जी , उि प्रधानाचायय िजतत िेिी जी ,सभी आचायय गण, कक्षा अिंरुण से ग्यारहिीिं तक के असभभािक तिा बच्चे उिजस्ित रहे।इसके िश्चात कक्षा िािंचिीिं की छारा सुहानी िमाय की माता जी ने तिा अराध्यािमाय के विता ने आज के काययक्रम िर अिने विचार व्यतत ककए।मुख्य अततथि की ओर से विद्यालय के प्रधानाचायाय श्रीमती सविता िमाय जी,उि प्रधानाचायाय िजतत िेिी जी, आचायय मिंजू िमाय जी, आचायय ककरण बाला जी,आचायय प्रज्ञा भारती जी को सिक्षा के क्षेर में अिना सियश्रेष्ठ योगिान िेने के सलए सदटयकफके िेकर सम्मातनत ककया गया।s $ ? काययक्रम का समािन बिंिेमातरम द्िारा ककया गया।
VidyaArambhSankarDiwas is celebrated on BasantPanchami every year in this School. Last year this programme was celebrated on 16th of February, 2021 (BasantPanchami) in which 53 new entrants performed pooja, archana and hawan along with their parents. They started their educational journey with the painting of OM and Swastika shapes with Pomegranate Pencil and Kesar&Sindoor ink on paper amid the chanting of vedicmantars. Sh. CharanDass Gupta (President Management Committee) and Sh. C.D. Shastri member (School Management Committee) blessed new entrants.
Parents are not allowed to meet any teacher without the prior permission of the Principal during school hours. They are also not allowed to visit the class rooms of their ward.
They must come to school along with their ward on last Saturday of every month to discuss the progress of their wards in previous month and planning of next month, moreover their valuable suggestions are welcome in a harmonious environment for the development of students and school respectively.
Different programmes for students as well as teachers are organised by Bhartiya Shiksha Samiti Jammu &Kashmir ,Vidya Bharti and CBSE Basically Teacher Training Programme is organised every year which is compulsory for every new teacher to attend.In addition, refresher courses are also
organised on different subjects for teacher during vacation to improve the teaching quality of teachers and to upgrade them about techniques of teaching.It is organised every year in the month of June.Newly selected teachers (varying from 10 to 20 days.)
विद्यालय में कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी का त्योहार बड़े ही हर्षोल्लास से मनाया गया। इस कार्यक्रम में कक्षा अंकुर से उदय तक के सभी विद्यार्थियों ने भाग लिया। सभी नन्हे नन्हे बालक कृष्ण की वेशभूषा में विद्यालय आए और सभी बालिकाएं राधा की वेशभूषा में आई जिसने सबका मन मोह लिया। इसके पश्चात सभी नन्हे मुन्ने बालक और बालिकाओं ने हनुमान जी के समक्ष हनुमान चालीसा का पाठ किया। कार्यक्रम में विद्यालय की प्रधानाचार्य दीदी सविता जी शिशु वाटिका प्रमुख श्रीमती बेबी रानी,शिशु वाटिका के सभी आचार्या दीदियां और नन्हे मुन्ने राधा और कृष्ण उपस्थित रहे। मुख्य कार्यक्रम विद्यालय के मुख्य कक्ष में रखा गया जिसमें कक्षा अंकुर ,अरुण और उदय के सभी नन्हे-मुन्ने बालक और बालिकाओं ने कृष्ण भगवान के भजन पर सुंदर-सुंदर नृत्य प्रस्तुत किए। जिससे वहां पर उपस्थित सभी लोगों का मन मोह लिया। विद्यालय की छात्रा सिंथिया ने कृष्ण और राधा के भजन पर बहुत ही सुंदर नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया ।इसके पश्चात अन्य छात्राओं ने भी दही हांडी को दर्शाते हुए एक सुंदर सा नृत्य प्रस्तुत किया और उसकी महत्वता को बताया। विद्यालय की प्रधानाचार्य श्रीमती सविता शर्मा जी ने सभी को कृष्ण जन्माष्टमी की हार्दिक शुभकामनाएं दी और सब के परिवार में सुख और समृद्धि बनाए रखने की कामना की। अंत में सभी नन्हे-मुन्ने राधा-कृष्ण की वेशभूषा में बालक और बालिकाओं को प्रसाद बांटा गया।

Last year 535 such visits were conducted by our teachers which became very helpful in Noble Corona-19 Pandemic situation.

On 22nd of December 2019, our school celebrated 131st Birth Anniversary of Great Mathematician Shri NiwasRamanujam as GanitDiwas like every year. School pay tribute to great Mathematician and try to eradicate the phobia of mathematics among students through various activities. Poem recitation for Maths, backward counting, quizecompition, devate, rangoli on Mathematics shapes and 2D/3D models were the main attractions of this programme. This programme was also conducted through on-line mode.
Annual function is organized by the school every year in which the students perform various cultural activities and meritorious students are awarded for their achievements in different fields-academic, sports and other activities. The achievements of the year are highlighted in the annual report read by the Principal. Last year annual function was held on 2nd of December, 2020 in which Sh. Sandesh Kumar Sharma (Addl. Dy. Commissioner Billawar) was Chief Guest and ShChander Mohan Sharma (Dy. Chief Education Kathua) was the Guest of Honour. The best performer in academic as well as Co-Corricular activities were awarded by Chief Guest and Guest of Honour. SantBalYogeshwarJiMaharaj blessed the participants through on-line mode.
